The use of reclaimed materials in the stair industry is one of the newer and exciting movements that we have seen. At Florida Stairworks, we have a wide variety of reclaimed lumber suppliers from which to choose, depending upon the species of wood requested. These vendors use varied methods from underwater salvage, factory reclaiming, and beam recycling to stock their inventory. Some of these suppliers stock the logs and large beams and cut the material per order to our specifications.
