| Lyptus Stairways |
| Lyptus is a hybrid wood species developed from combining two species of Eucalyptus trees. Developed and grown in Brazil, it is considered an environmentally friendly species. It has a 15 to 18 year growth prior to harvesting compared to a normal hardwood that could have an excess of 50 years. When thinking Green, this is a great alternative. This product is similar to the color of the Mahoganies, but has the hardness compared to a Maple. Its close grain structure, uniform color, hardness and glue-ability make this an extremely fantastic wood to be used in stair parts. |
